The locality rule strikes again.

In Plymate v. Martinelli, 2013 Ark. 194, the Arkansas Supreme Court affirmed the trial court’s directed verdict where the plaintiff failed to qualify her expert under the Arkansas “locality rule.”   Ark. Code Ann. sec. 16-114-206(a).
